I walked onto the off ramp with Stacey, Hannah and all my classmates. Well, it doesn't really look really look like one now but in one and a half years it will! Hannah is the project manager of the D2P project. A.K.A ‘the boss’. The over-bridge is being designed like a giant round-about, far above the ground. In 2010 the road next to the Korokoro bridge will be lowered 6 metres, level with the railway tracks. That will become ‘State high-way 2’. The road that we drive on now, to get back from Wellington city, will become the main road. I really enjoyed the trip and I learnt so much! I can’t wait to find out more! It was so worth it!
